I hate to trouble you again, but I wanted to make sure you got that memo a while back about that little "deferred family travel" deal. I see that you have noted that we are approved (which is such a positive word, and not at all fitting to this situation, so my sub-request is that you choose you words a little more wisely) for deferred family travel and to move into government quarters. You also predict that government quarters will be available approximately 20 weeks after his report date.
I mean, seriously, come on... you don't REALLY plan on having us stay stateside for about 4.5 months after he goes over there, do you? Please rectify this as soon as possible. To be quite frank, if this can't be rectified, then feel free to choose a new location to move us to. Because when you first said "deferred travel" I figured it meant a couple weeks, not 4.5 months.
So just be reasonable, and type up that new family travel message that contains the words "approved for concurrent family travel" and we'll all be much happier.
While I've got you listening (yeah, right!) can I also just ask - where exactly do you expect us to live for the 10.5 months in between when he signs out of Ft Bragg and when you say we can go to Germany? I certainly hope that the nice lady that you have working in the levy office can answer some questions for me, and that you'll chose to do The Right Thing. Which is, "be nice to Kelly."

I like this letter Kelly, makes me laugh. I think we all have a letter like that swirling in our brains at some time or another :)
