I've been grieving the lack of Moe's in this town. It saddens me.
A while back, a new building was finished. I knew a Starbucks was going into part of it. Later I saw a sign for Salsarita's. I assumed it was a smaller version of an On The Border style place, so we haven't been yet.
I just now decided to google Salsarita's and see what its all about. Looks like Moe's, maybe a bit nicer, unless the pictures are fakes (like so many are. Ever notice how some fast food places put the burger on a plate?).
Michael had just asked me earlier today what I wanted to do for Mother's Day and I couldn't really think of anything. I think we'll be heading to Salsarita's. Some may like to celebrate Mother's Day at a nice, fancy restaurant. Nope, if there's a Moe's like place in town, I'm there. They've got one thing Moe's doesn't have too... SHRIMP.
